Majestic Mantels
Finishing Instructions
Majestic Mantel Shelves are available in MDF, Poplar, Oak, and Embossed/Carved. MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) is made from wood fibers and is a great low cost alternative to wood. Its hard surface resists dents and scratches and its low cost will save you money on your painted applications. Majestic poplar mantels are made of solid clear poplar that can either be painted or stained. Oak mantels are made of clear red oak and ideal for staining. Embossed/Carved mantels are made from clear poplar. Please view the different woods with the different finish options listed.

Step 5 | - | Fill all nail holes with putty to match the stain. |
